What is coaching?

Coaching helps you to move from where you are to where you want to be. It’s main objective is to help you reach your goals, be the best version of yourself and improve your relationships.

I strongly believe that you know the answers to any challenges you might have in your life and that you have the unlimited potential to reach your dreams.

My compromise with you is to ask you the right questions with the right skills and techniques so you can figure out each answer that is within yourself and establish action plans that will lead you to the resolution of those challenges and to the accomplishment of your goals and dreams.

You are the only person who truly knows who you are and what your dreams are, but as a coach I will guide you along the way to define what is truly good for you and unleash the unlimited potential you have deep inside.

My wish to you is that you transform your dreams into actions and create an effective, balanced and fulfilling life.

Business Coaching

Business coaching brings the company efficiency to internal processes and results through its people. The coach helps the team to define its common goals, improve its results, and generate ideas and solutions to the problems the company is facing.

How can we work?

1. ONLINE: The session will take place online using ZOOM, SKYPE or WHATSAPP, and will be of 1h

2. FACE TO FACE: The session will take place personally in a public place or in my office, and will be of 1h

3. ON SITE: For business coaching, the session can take place at the company if required by the executive, owner or the coach itself, and will be of 2 - 2h30
