- Prices are expressed in USD

- The 10 sessions packages have a 3 months validity which start on the first day that it is contracted

- Payments are made on the first session in cash (if the session is face to face or on site) or through PayPal

- Any session canceled less than 24h before, will be charged

- Any canceled packages will not be reimbursed but can be transferred to another person

- The rights, obligations and goals related to the process will be established in an agreement which will be signed by both parties; the coach and the client.

When making a reservation, the client agrees to start a coaching process face to face, on line or on site with the coach Melany Riviere; which will have the duration and validity mentioned by the client.

Coaching is not psychological counseling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such.

The relationship between the coach and the client is based on trust. Personal information or business information supplied to Melany Riviere by the client in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client's prior permission, save where required by law.

The client will be required to complete a ‘Commitment to Coaching’ form at the commencement of coaching; the client will be asked if they are ready to take action to make the necessary changes.
